Quote Recovery (“Quote Recovery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software that helps service businesses manage unclosed quotes, customer follow-up, communication history, and recovered revenue. Quote Recovery is operated by Leard Innovation & Development LLC.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, business name, industry, account role, authentication information, and team membership information. Businesses using Quote Recovery may enter customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, quote or estimate dates, quoted amounts, service or project information, notes, follow-up status, communication history, scheduling information, recovery outcomes, and booked values.

When communications are sent or managed through the Service, we may process email addresses, telephone numbers, message content, templates, timestamps, delivery information, replies, and communication status. If you connect a third-party service such as Quo, we may process credentials and business telephone-number information needed to operate that integration. We may also receive limited browser, device, IP, login, diagnostic, security, and usage information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate Quote Recovery, authenticate users, maintain business workspaces, store and organize quotes, send communications requested by users, track recovery activity, calculate reporting metrics, provide AI-assisted suggestions, provide support, detect abuse or security issues, troubleshoot, improve the Service, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell customer contact lists as a business model.

3. Businesses Are Responsible for Their Customer Data

Businesses using Quote Recovery determine what customer information they enter into the Service and which customers they contact. The business using Quote Recovery is responsible for ensuring that it has the legal right to collect, upload, use, and communicate with those individuals.

4. Email and SMS Communications

Quote Recovery may allow businesses to send follow-up communications to their customers. Email delivery may be provided using Quote Recovery's email infrastructure. SMS communications may be sent through a business customer's connected Quo account and telephone number. Businesses are responsible for compliance with applicable consent, identification, marketing, opt-out, and communications requirements.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Quote Recovery may use artificial intelligence services to help generate suggested follow-up language or similar assistance. AI-generated suggestions are drafts only. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving communications before they are used.

6. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate portions of Quote Recovery, including Base44 for application infrastructure and related services, Resend for email delivery, and Quo for SMS and business communications when a customer connects a Quo account. We may also use infrastructure, security, analytics, support, and AI technology providers as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service.

7. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers supporting Quote Recovery, at the direction of the business that supplied the information, when necessary to provide an integration requested by a user, to protect the security or integrity of the Service, to investigate fraud or abuse, when required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or transfer of the business.

8. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business records, fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, detect abuse, and meet legal requirements. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably required.

10. Data Access, Correction, and Deletion

Account holders may be able to access or correct information directly within Quote Recovery. Privacy or deletion requests may be submitted to karlleard@gmail.com. If an individual contacts us about information entered by one of our business customers, we may direct the request to that business.

11. Children

Quote Recovery is a business service and is not intended for children under 18.

12. International Users

Quote Recovery is operated from the United States. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the effective date above.
